By integrating this cutting-edge European technology, we achieve energy-efficient production, reduced material waste, and enhanced process control, allowing us to meet modern manufacturing standards with precision. As part of our raw material strategy, we responsibly source prime Copper and Aluminum material, contributing to circular economy practices and reducing the environmental footprint associated with primary metal extraction. In addition to manufacturing rods from prime materials,we are proud to be the only company in the region capable of manufacturing recycled copper rods in compliance with ASTM B49/98, ensuring both material efficiency and adherence to international quality benchmarks. Envoirmental Safety

At Universal Metals (Pvt) Ltd., environmental responsibility and product safety are central to our manufacturing philosophy. Our production facility is equipped with the latest imported machinery and supported by a dedicated team of engineers and technicians who ensure every product upholds the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Our Research & Development (R&D) team has conducted extensive studies on the performance of cables in fire conditions. As a result, we have developed and adopted Low-Smoke, Halogen-Free, Fire-Retardant, and Resistant cable technologies that significantly enhance safety while reducing environmental impact. These specialized cables are designed to:

  • Minimize the spread of fire

  • Reduce the generation of smoke

  • Eliminate toxic and acidic fumes during combustion

By utilizing Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) materials and Fire-Retardant PVC insulation, we ensure that our products meet or exceed international fire safety standards, including IEC and BS 6724. This contributes to the protection of people, property, and the environment. We offer a range of specialized cables under the following classifications

   HFFR – Halogen Free, Flame Retardant
   LSZH – Low Smoke, Zero (0) Halogen
   LSF – Low Smoke & Fumes
